Somebody has to
watch the watchmen.
This chain posts a state root to Ethereum every half hour and asks you to believe it. Warrant is the network that checks — independently, in the open, and without anybody’s permission.
An optimistic rollup needs one honest validator. This one has 2, and they all work for the chain.
Every address permitted to catch a fault belongs to the party that would be at fault. That is not an accusation — it is a normal stage for a young chain, and nobody hides it.
What is not normal is that no outsider can check the claim.
A watchtower cannot stop a bad root. It can make a silent failure loud inside the 6.4-day window before finalisation — long enough to leave through the bridge.

Fifty nodes buys fifty empty rolls. A history split across fifty addresses is fifty small scores summing to the same total, losing the rank threshold on each.
One honest node is the whole point.
So a lone dissent is never averaged away. If one node disagrees with forty, that node is named — here, and in the API, and in the contract.
